Compliant Behaviours

Behavioural Values:

One must;

  • Treat everyone as an equal with respect and dignity

  • Speak up and tell a person if you are upset by their behaviour, ask them to stop as they may be in breach of the organisations values

  • Speak up and advise a person who is upsetting one of your colleagues by their behaviour to stop. Report the incident to your manager and the HR/ER function to ensure the issue is resolved

  • Commit to the values of the organisation by actively ensuring that all non-compliant behaviours are identified and corrected when observed

  • Always respect culture differences as one may have to amend their behaviour to respect local custom but only if the orgnisational values are not compromise

  • Continually observe and act to eliminate loss
