Review Values against Principles

The first step will be to establish if an organisations behavioural values comply with the following principles;

 

     1  Freedom; physically with the right of expression, dissent (Voice opinions openly          without fear of Retaliation) 


     2  Equality:Everyone treated as an equal- the basis of respect


     3  Humanity: (Team working) people working together to deliver common purpose 

 

 

This exercise is carried out with the lead management team to establish the behavioural values required by the organisation. Once established these behavioural values will be the integral part of the compliance review which is one of the key actions to delivering an organisation culture that "Want To" deliver zero loss.
